ISP.Friend or Foe?... FOE....

Well This is my first blog.... at least on here.. HA! I have blogged before on myspace so im not totally new, ahem (crack of the fingers), well I really dont know what to write about tonight. Oh my internet provider has decided that I have exeeded my threshold.. threshold? THRESHOLD?!?!?!?!?! the internet is free is it not? the great and powerful world wide web is tax free, uncensored for the most part, freedom of speach and all that jazz!!!! So who is it to decide that there should be a so called "fair access policy" so lets just boil this chicken down shall we? The ISP is taking it on itself to decide how, when, and who may access, and for how long... AND.... for what amount of gigabyte, megabyte, dinobyte or whatever.. So it occurs to me that all this is, is someone trying to control something that is not theirs to control, perhaps a corporate big wig who likes to feel the thrill of control, the preverbial high of being in charge. Or maybe a techie who is sitting at his computer with thick coke-bottle glasses and a can of cheese whiz on a saturday night monitoring the usage of accounts and because he has no life thinks it's fun to put restrictions on random people for doing nothing more than trying to enjoy one of lifes great many fleeting "freedoms" left in this world... COME ON PEOPLE!! Should'nt we be able to surf the web without concern of having to check the usage every ten minutes for fear of being "jailed", if you will, for downloading one you tube video to many? I mean have they no shame? GREED, POWER, two words that dictate how these people operate.... Yes I am fired up and my guns are blazing! HAHAHAHA!!!!
